I need an easy way for inserting card suit symbols when writing the articles in the Bridge section. The custom code window for TinyMCE or JCE strangely enough provides clubs, hearts and diamonds, but no spades.

Entering HTML-code directly -- ♣ ♦ ♥ ♠ -- is not exactly constructive either. Plus I'd still like to show the black suits in black, and the red suits in red.

So I wrote a very simple plugin for Joomla 1.5 that replaces ! C, ! D, ! H, ! S with ♣, ♦, ♥, ♠ for all content items.

It's only a few lines of code, but now it's nicely wrapped in a ZIP file. Feel free to download and use!
